ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES

We are aware of a potential issue with connections between Firefox and the Ellucian CRM console. This relates only to the latest version of Mozilla Firefox (v92, released on 7 September 2021). The temporary workaround is to use any other browser or an older version of Mozilla Firefox. Our engineering team are investigating and we will update on this channel when we have more information.
