ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
Please be advised that Ellucian will be performing infrastructure maintenance for Colleague SaaS in the Non-Production and Production environments. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work. This maintenance is for Canada customers only.
These infrastructure updates will be deployed in Non-Production and Production starting January 13, 2023.
Windows: Eastern Time Zone - January 13 from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM Central/Mountain Time Zone - January 13 from 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pacific Time Zone -January 13 from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM Samoa Standard Time - January 13 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Impact: The Non-Production and Production environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integration to the ERP, 3rd Party integration and bug fixes. Please review and adjust other scheduled jobs as necessary.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
