We continue to receive updates from our vendor on their recovery efforts. We are seeing recovery in impacted applications and are closely monitoring vendor services for issues. They are taking steps to mitigate the impact of the systems outage they experienced earlier today. Ellucian engineers are closely monitoring the recovery and validating environments.

We experienced an AWS outage earlier today, due to which some of the services might have been impacted. AWS has recovered and we are validating environments. Please submit a ticket for any issues encountered.
