Please be advised that a Hot Fix for Ellucian Insights will be deployed in the production and non-production environments. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Window:

Thursday, 4 April 2024 at 8:00 p.m. to Friday, 5 April 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern

Activity: Deploy Hot Fix 1.11.2 in production and non-production environments.

Impact: There will be no downtime for this update, however customers may experience a brief disruption with their IRT connection as the fix is being applied to the tenant. Loads and refreshes should not be impacted.

Release Notes: None.

Dependencies: None.

No Customer actions.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
