Please be advised that the Ellucian eTranscripts 1.4.0 will be deployed in the Production environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Window: February 17, 2021, 11:30 PM to February 18 2021, 3:30 AM Eastern

Activity: Deploy eTranscripts 1.4.0 release in Production environment.

Impact: The Production environment will not be available during the upgrade.

Release Details:

eTranscripts Send App: This release includes API changes required for eTranscripts Receive.

eTranscripts Receive: This release will add electronic transcript receive capability within eTranscripts, connected to the Banner baseline processing of electronic transcripts. This will also be the first phase in the replacement of EDISmart middleware for those clients using the Banner baseline transcript processing.

Overview of eTranscripts Receive: Ellucian eTranscripts Receive is a process that converts PESC standard EDI formats to a Banner supported Flat File that can be ingested into the Banner database. This converter can also be utilized to take a Banner Flat File of transcript data and convert it into an outbound PESC standard EDI transcript file.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Centre (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
