Please be advised that an Infrastructure Maintenance Update for Ellucian Quercus will be deployed to the Production environment . This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

*** This notification is for our customers in the APAC region only ***
Saturday, 12th November - starting at 9:30 p.m. AEDT and concluding on Saturday, 12th November at 10:30 p.m. AEDT.

Activity: Deploy Infrastructure updates to the Quercus Production environments.

Impact: The Production environment will be unavailable during this maintenance window.

Customer Action: There is no action required by customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
