Please be advised that a Maintenance Update for Ellucian Insights will be deployed in all environments. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.


Thursday, 17 November 2022 at 8:00 p.m. to Friday, November 18, 2022 at 5:00 a.m. Eastern

Activity: Deploy release in all environments.

Impact: There will be approximately 1-5 minutes of downtime in the US region for this update.

Documentation: Release documentation can be found on The Ellucian Customer Center.

Dependencies: None.

Client Action: There is no action required by customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
