Please be advised that Ellucian has scheduled a maintenance window to deploy the latest CA Certificates released by Amazon Web Services in eTranscripts Production environment. This update ensures that Ellucian eTranscripts Send RDS is updated with the latest CA certificates provided by AWS and ensures seamless connectivity between eTranscripts Send App and RDS.

Note:
Window: 02nd Feb 2020 at 11:30 pm to 03rd Feb 2020 till 01:00 am EST. During the maintenance window, eTranscripts Production environment will not be available.

Activity: Deploy latest CA certificates to eTranscripts Send RDS in eTranscripts Production environment

Impact: No impact

Dependencies: None

Client Action: Post the maintenance activity, Ellucian recommends all clients to test eTranscripts to ensure orders are getting fulfilled in eTranscripts Production environment.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
