Please be advised that the Ellucian eTranscripts Send Configuration update regarding TLS version 1.2 support will be deployed in the Production environment. After this, institutions can enable TLSv1.2 to establish connectivity from their end to the cloud application and vice-versa. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Note: This release addresses CR-000143773 and CR-000156682.

Window: 08/05/2019 @ 1:00 AM to 08/05/2019 @ 4:00 AM Eastern.
Activity: Enable TLSv1.2 support for eTranscripts Send 1.3 application in Production environment.

Impact: The Production environment will not be available during the update.

Dependencies: None

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.

Client Action: Enable TLSv1.2 on your eTranscripts API server (cloud to ERP connectivity) and TLSv1.2 on ERP side (ERP to Cloud connectivity for Order Status update) in order to support TLSv1.2 connectivity. Finally verify your connectivity by placing a test Order from your vendor site to cloud application https://etranscripts.elluciancloud.com/
