ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES Please be advised that a Maintenance Update for Ellucian Ethos Integration will be deployed in the Test and Production environments. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: ** US & Canada regions ** Wednesday, 16 November 2022 at 9:00 p.m. to Wednesday, 17 November 2022 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern
Activity: Deploy Ethos Integration release in the Test and Production environments.
Impact: There will be approximately 1-5 minutes of downtime in the US region for this update.
Client Action: There is no action required by customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
