Please be advised that a Maintenance release for Ellucian Analytics will be deployed in addition to infrastructure maintenance on an underlying system in the Ellucian Analytics Production and Test environments.
Window: 03/27 @ 8:00 PM Eastern to 03/29 @ 8:00 PM Eastern
Impact: Ellucian Analytics will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Load and Refresh jobs will not run as scheduled during this maintenance.

Customer Action: Following the maintenance work, the following actions need to be taken
1. 2019.4.1.0 upgrade to Prod tenants - refer to https://resources.elluciancloud.com/bundle/ellucian_analytics_rel_release_notes/page/c_ellucian_analytics_2019_41.html
2. 2019.4.1.1 hotfix to Test and Prod Tenants - refer to https://resources.elluciancloud.com/bundle/ellucian_analytics_rel_release_notes/page/c_ellucian_analytics_2019_411.html
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
