Please be advised that an Infrastructure maintenance update for Ellucian Workflow will be deployed in the test environment for all Australian customers. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Window:

Wednesday, 31 January 2024 at 5:00 a.m. AEDT to Wednesday, 31 January 2024 at 7:00 a.m. AEDT

Activity: Perform infrastructure updates.

Impact: There will be an outage of the Ellucian Workflow 2.X test environments.

Client Action: None

Dependencies: None

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
