ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
An immediate hotfix (Experience 1.68.1) is being applied to all Experience test environments to address issues reported with user roles and permissions. This is a zero downtime update with no customer action required.
Window: 02/09/2024 at 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Eastern
Impact: No downtime is expected during this update.
Customer Action: None
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
