As part of our ongoing support for customers using Ethos Data Connect, we are continuing to deliver fixes for critical issues as needed. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: Friday, February 9th at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern to Friday, February 9th at 1:00 PM Eastern
Activity: Deploy Hot-Fix.
Impact: There is no downtime expected while the update is being deployed. Since work is being performed on the environment there is a chance of intermittent slowness or occasional disconnects.
Dependencies: None
Customer Action: None
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
