ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES

As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements for customers using Ellucian CRM in the cloud, a mandatory service update is planned for Microsoft Dynamics 365. This service update does not require your institution to engage, configure, or test as there are no new features being released or corrected.

Starting Wednesday, 11 May 2022 at 5:00 PM GST and concluding by Thursday, 12 May 2022 at 5:00 AM GST

This service update is mandatory and only impacts Ellucian CRM customers in the EMEA region. Your environment will be offline during the service update and a maintenance page will be posted informing your staff of the outage. You will be notified via your Ellucian CRM distribution email address once your environment is available.

If you are not a customer within any of the regions listed in this notification, please select "Manage your subscription" at the bottom of this email to update your regional preference for your Ellucian CRM solution(s).
