Please be advised that an Infrastructure Maintenance Update for Ellucian Quercus will be deployed in the Production platform. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Thursday April 1st - starting at 6:00 p.m. BST (GMT+1) and concluding on Thursday April 1st at 6:30 p.m. BST (GMT+1).

Activity: Deploy maintenance updates in the AWS environment.

Impact: The PRODUCTION environment may experience intermittent connection issues during the maintenance window.

Dependencies: None.

Customer Action: There is no action required by customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
