ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
Please be advised that Ellucian Elevate 220.127.116.11 will be deployed in the Test environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Note: Elevate 18.104.22.168 will be deployed in Test on September 13th, 2018.
Window: 9/13/2018 @ 4 a.m. to 9/13/2018 @ 1 p.m Eastern Not all environments will be unavailable for the entire duration of the window. The release will be deployed for US customers between 4 a.m. and 8 a.m. Eastern time, and for Canadian customers between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Eastern time.
Activity: Deploy Elevate release 22.214.171.124 in the Test environment.
Impact: The Test environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
Documentation: Release documentation can be found on The Ellucian HUB.
Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integration to the ERP, 3rd Party integration and bug fixes.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
Client Notice : Planned Release to Production : Elevate 126.96.36.199 is planned to be released to the Production environment on September 20th, 2018
