As part of our ongoing support for customers using Ethos Integration we are continuing to deliver fixes for critical issues as needed. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Thursday, 1 February 2024 at 6:15 AM to Thursday, 1 February at 8:00 AM

** US and CA regions **
Wednesday, 31 January 2024 at 2:15 p.m. to Wednesday, 31 January 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern

** EU region **
Wednesday, 31 January 2024 at 7:15 p.m. GMT to Wednesday, 31 January 2024 at 9:00 p.m. GMT

** ME region **
Wednesday, 31 January 2024 11:15 p.m. GST to Thursday, 1 February 2024 1:00 a.m. GST

Activity: Deploy Hot-Fix in the Production environment.

Impact: There is no downtime expected while the update is being deployed. Since work is being performed on the environment there is a chance of intermittent slowness or occasional disconnects.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
