Please be advised that a Hot Fix for Ellucian Insights will be deployed in all environments. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window:
Monday, 21 November 2022 at 8:00 p.m. to Monday, 21 November 2022 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern
Activity: Deploy Hot Fix 0.8.1 in all environments.
Impact: There will be no downtime for this update.
Documentation: This Hot Fix contains a library update to incorporate enhancements for improved handling of noncharacter UTF-8 code points.
Dependencies: None.
Client Action: There is no action required by customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
