ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES Periodically, we encounter issues with our deployments and need to redeploy. Please be advised that Ellucian Quercus Upgrade 18.104.22.168 will be redeployed to the Non-Production environment. This notification details the maintenance time line and planned work.
Window: *** This notification is for our customers in the EMEA region only *** Friday, 23rd September - starting at 1:30 a.m. BST and concluding on Friday, 23rd September at 5:30 a.m. BST.
NOTE: The Upgrade in Production for 22.214.171.124 is still scheduled for Saturday, 24th of September 2022 at the same times above.
Activity: Redeploy Quercus Upgrade 126.96.36.199 to the Non-Production environment.
Impact: The Non-Production environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integration to the ERP, 3rd Party integration and bug fixes.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
