You will receive a separate communication regarding the Ellucian CRM Advise Production major release windows two weeks before the start of production.

USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING:
Given the flexibility to configure Ellucian CRM to fit your business needs, current business operations are expected to be tested after all Ellucian CRM major releases. The testing aims to verify that current business operations are unimpeded. New feature functionality must be configured and may be configured after the major release.
