Please be advised that the Ellucian eTranscripts Send Cloud Certificate Renewal and System maintenance will be performed in the Prod environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Activity: The Ellucian Cloud Team will be performing Certificate Renewal and System maintenance on the Send Cloud Prod environment

Client Action: Post this activity, if you notice that the Orders are stuck in RG (Ready to Generate) in the Cloud and fulfilled in ERP, you need to install the latest certificate in the Java Trust Store. Refer knowledge article 000035764 and 000036211(Colleague). Note for Colleague customers only: Colleague customers must install the 036012 and 036029 (SU036012-4.1.0*1 and SU036029-1805*4) versions. In this release, we addressed the connectivity issue from Colleague to the eTranscripts. If issue persist, Import the root certificate into the Java trust store.
Vendor Action: None as there is no change in Root Certificate. If you notice connectivity issue post deployment, download the certificate and apply.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
