ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements for customers using Ellucian CRM in the cloud an infrastructure maintenance is planned for the Ellucian CRM infrastructure. This infrastructure maintenance does not require your institution to engage, configure, or test as there are no new features being released or corrected.
WINDOW: *** United States and Canada customers *** Starting Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 8:00 PM EST and concluding by Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 10:00 PM EST
IMPACT: This infrastructure maintenance only impacts the Ellucian CRM infrastructure in the United States and Canada regions. There is no expected downtime however you may experience intermittent slowness or an occasional disconnect to your environment.
ACTION REQUIRED: There is no action required at this time, this announcement is informational.
