ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES Please be advised that a Hot Fix for Ellucian Insights will be deployed in all environments. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window:
Wednesday, 15 March 2023 at 10:00 p.m. to Thursday, 16 March 2023 at 7:00 a.m. Eastern
Activity: Deploy Hot Fix 0.11.1 in all environments.
Impact: There will be no downtime for this update.
Dependencies: None.
Client Actions: 1. Disable existing scheduled loads and refreshes 2. Run a new Insights warehouse load post 0.11.1 Hotfix 3. Resume the re-schedule of any loads and/or refreshes
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
