Please be advised that a JasperSoft Hotfix and Infrastructure Upgrade will be deployed to the PROD environment. This notification details the maintenance time line and planned work.

Window:

Wednesday 7th of April - starting at 6:00 a.m. BST and concluding on Wednesday 7th of April at 7:00 a.m. BST.

Activity: Deploy JasperSoft Hotfix and Infrastructure Upgrade ( PROD environment).

IMPACT: Jaspersoft reports will be unavailable from the PROD environment during the maintenance window.

Dependencies: None.

Customer Action: There is no action required by customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
