ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
As part of our ongoing support for customers using Ethos Data Access we are continuing to deliver fixes for critical issues as needed. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: Friday, 6 May at 11:00 PM AEST to Saturday, 7 May at 1:00 AM AEST
Activity: Deploy Hot-Fix in the Preview Environment.
Impact: The Data Access environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Experience customers who try to access the Housing Card will receive a message instructing them to contact their admin. Experience customers who have developed any extensions using Data Access will be unable to access those extensions during the maintenance window.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
