Please be advised that a required RDS reboot will be performed in the US region. The reboot will result in all US Production Ellucian Workflow workspaces being unavailable for up to 3 hours.

Window: 11/30/2022 at 10:00 pm to 12/1/2022 at 1:00 am Eastern

Activity: RDS Reboot (US Production region only)

Impact: There will be an outage of both Ellucian Workflow 1.0 and 2.0 production workspaces for up to 3 hours.

Client Action: None

Dependencies: None

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
