Please be advised that an Infrastructure Maintenance Update for Ellucian Quercus will be deployed in the Production environments. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Window:

Saturday, 23rd of September starting at 7:30 p.m. AEST and concluding on Saturday, 23rd of September at 9:30 p.m. AEST.

Activity: Deploy Infrastructure updates to the Quercus Production environments.

Impact: Jaspersoft will be unavailable in Production environments during the deployment window

Customer Action: There is no action required by customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
