As part of our ongoing support for customers using Ethos Integration we are continuing to deliver fixes for critical issues as needed. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

** ME region **
Thursday, 8 February 2024 1:05 a.m. GST to Thursday, 8 February 2024 2:05 a.m. GST

Activity: Deploy Hot-Fix in the Production environment.

Impact: There is no downtime expected while the update is being deployed. Since work is being performed on the environment there is a chance of intermittent slowness or occasional disconnects. This release includes updates to improve the performance of the authz service.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
