ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements, an infrastructure maintenance is planned for all Ellucian CRM customers. This maintenance will affect all Ellucian CRM Non-Production environments.
WINDOW: ***For customers in the United States and Canada regions*** Starting Tuesday, 07 March 2023, at 2:00 PM EST and concluding by Tuesday, 07 March 2023, at 4:00 PM EST.
*** Europe customers *** Starting Tuesday, 07 March 2023, at 7:00 PM GMT and concluding by Tuesday, 07 March 2023, at 9:00 PM GMT.
*** Middle East customers *** Starting Tuesday, 07 March 2023, at 11:00 PM GMT+4 and concluding by Wednesday, 08 March 2023, at 01:00 AM GMT+4.
*** Australia customers *** Starting Wednesday, 08 March, 2023 at 6 AM AEDT and concluding by Wednesday, 08 March 2023, at 8 AM AEDT.
IMPACT: There is no expected downtime; however, you may experience intermittent slowness or an occasional disconnect to your environment.
